Oriel Centre Dundalk Gaol

Housed in the old Dundalk Gaol on Market Square, the Oriel Centre is a traditional-arts venue that stages concerts a few times a season, nearly always on Saturday nights at 8pm. Trad and acoustic singer-songwriters are its core: Liam Ó Maonlaí, Mark Geary, Jerry Fish, Tom Dunne with Fiachna Ó Braonáin, violinist Vladimir Jablokov and a harp day have all featured, along with CD launches by local players. Tickets are sold through the centre itself, and a few events are free.
