The Workman's Club is a Dublin quayside institution with several rooms, which is why its calendar can carry a gig most nights of the week and still fit club nights after. Shows start at 7.30pm or 8pm, with late 11.30pm slots at the weekend, and almost everything is ticketed from about €6 up to the high €30s. Rock and indie dominate, but hip-hop, folk and electronic acts get their share: Dave East, Genesis Owusu, Nerina Pallot, Francis of Delirium, Slow Fiction, The Nightingales and Dublin's own Pebbledash have all played.
